The Vernon Handle features a stepped down cylindrical shape to allow a great feel, which also gives the ability for the handle to mounted in a horizontal or vertical orientation. The Vernon gives a classic design with a projection length of about 1.25" and the shaft is about .575" and made from solid brass.
